You may be wondering what the heck Chumpville is. So aren't most of its citizens. As best we can figure, Chumpville is a small city located somewhere outside the bounds of any country but with heavy influences of Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, the United Kingdom and the United States. We have a mayor who wants to be an ex-mayor, an ex-mayor who is a kingy, a sheriff that drinks Bud Light, an ex-sheriff who has a Web page to honor garbage, a deputy mayor that roams the casinos of eastern Canada, an ex-deputy mayor that plays with lances, a chief of police that actually watches Tampa Bay baseball, we have a devil, a heavy-metal babe, a firechick, an interstate school teacher, a line-dancer, a mafioso, and so much more...
